Business Case Maison Vever / Calista Direct investors : Performance et luxe engagé

On the 9th of June, the Association HEC Alumni invited Camille Vever, CEO of Maison Vever and Rajaa Mekouar, Managing Partner of Calista Direct Investors, to a breakfast in Paris to present the business case of the recently relaunched jewelry House, “VEVER”.

During this public talk the speakers discussed:

·      the investor-entrepreneur relationship

·      the key points of the expected performance

·      the challenges of this mission-based company.

Maison Vever was the 1st closed deal for Calista Direct Investors Sourcing Club in summer 2021 with Rajaa Mekouar joining the board of the jewelry House as an observer alongside one of our clients. Within a year, Maison Vever proved its strength and its disruptive positioning combining strong management and determination of Camille Vever and the House’s partner, Luximpact, expertise in high jewelry market. It is the first “entreprise à mission” in France in the luxury sector.

The achievements of the company, the response from media and the public and the symbiosis of well-executed governance makes Maison Vever an appealing business case study.
