Calista’s CEO, Rajaa Mekouar was a guest speaker at the annual ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) conference dedicated to private equity and real estate, ALFI PE-RE.
She had a dialogue with Suzanne Yoon, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Kinzie Capital Partners.
The two leaders agreed that making D&I the norm directly goes to the bottomline and contributes to value creation on the whole for all stakeholders.
Such a focus is aligned with Calista`s DNA and vision to empower both men and women who efficiently work together and connect individuals from different cultures to learn and evolve towards a better future that is sustainable.
Calista commands Suzanne Yoon for her leadership and vision as a D&I pioneer at her firm and celebrates her example as one that should be encouraging for many aspiring female and minority founders in PE.
